Empty containers placed on the turntable are fed onto the slat conveyor. A pneumatically operated actuator stops every alternate bottle precisely under the nozzle of the Auger filler machine. Once the desired quantity of product is filled, the actuator releases the bottle for the next cycle of operation. An automatic capping machine and labeling machine can be provided for a complete one-stop powder filling system.

The machine can provide the speed of 2400 bottles per hour with an accuracy of +/- 2%. The machine is controlled via a microcontroller-based control panel or PLC as per the requirements. Polycarbonate enclosure can be provided for a Dust-free operation.
