About Dry Syrup Packing Machines
Dry Syrup Filling Machine is an Auger filler designed for filling a small amount of powders in bottles & containers. All contact parts of the machine are constructed using pharma grade stainless steel material (SS304/316) and designed for automated high-speed production.
Servo-controlled Auger filler can be provided for higher speed and accuracy. Simple to operate, dual head Automatic Powder filling machines are ideal for filling non-free-flowing powders with a very high speed of around 30 fills per minute and accuracy of better than +/-1%. A complete enclosure can be provided to ensure contamination-free hygienic filling.
The machine is provided with a 4 feet long slat conveyor belt for the movement of bottles which are placed manually on the slat conveyor. A pneumatically operated actuator stops the bottle/container under the nozzle of the accurately designed auger filler. Once the set quantity of product is filled, the bottle is released for the next set of operations. An inner cap is placed manually on the bottle which then passed through the cap press for an airtight seal. The machine can be integrated with an automatic ROPP capping machine and labeling machine.
