The single head machine can provide a speed of 1500 fills/hour at an amazing accuracy of +/-2% or better depending on the product flowability. Integrated turntable feeds in empty bottles/containers under the nozzle of the Auger filler via a slat conveyor belt. As soon as the bottle reaches under the nozzle the pneumatic actuator will hold the bottle and the filling will start. A set quantity of product, which can be set via a control panel will be discharged in the bottle. After the filling is complete actuator will release the bottle for the next processing unit like capping, labeling, etc.

No bottle no fill is a standard feature of the machine. The PLC-based machines can provide various options such as recipe storage, data logging, and reporting, password protection, batch counting, shift setting.
