The packing machine comprises two modules i.e. Filling machine and a continuous band sealing machine. These semi-automatic machines help to achieve high production output at a reasonable cost. The machine can be available in weight base filling or volume-based filling can be provided as required

Jumbo Auger filler-Model AP-100J for volumetric filling and ALC-100J for Weight-based filling is used to dispense a set quantity of flour in the pre-formed pouches. The machine can handle up to 2.5kg of pack size with an overall accuracy of +/- 1%.
Higher pack sizes can be achieved with the continuous screw feeder to maintain the constant powder level in the machine hopper.

A sealing machine is a continuous band sealer that helps to provide smooth airtight sealing. Adjustable conveyor height adjustment helps to facilitate the sealing of various pack sizes. Modular construction helps for easy maintenance and product change over.
