Auger Filler - Jumbo for Large Pack sizes

Auger fillers are versatile filling machines for free-flowing as well as non-free flowing powders and thick pastes. Machine can handle wide range of products and pack sizes starting from 250gms to 5Kg. Machine operates on the principle of Positive displacement of screw operating under constant head of powders. Precisely designed Auger screw displaces powder through funnel into pouches /container held under the funnel. Auger filler model AP-100J is designed specifically for Larger packsizes. Higher hopper capacity ensures that the large quantity of powder is held in the hopper which reduces the material handing efforrts. contact powder level maintained in the hopper also provides the higher accuracy.

Integrated screw feeder and storage tank can be provided to feed the powder directly in the machine hopper.
