For Bro offers complete range of semi automatic and automatic packaging machines. Simple and modular design helps in implementing these machines as a single unit or as a complete assembly. This not only helps clients economically as well as they can invest in the modules as business grows and achieve required targets.

For higher accuracy and continuous operation of the filling machine, it is required to have a constant powder level in the machine hopper. Manual feeding of powder in the filling machine hopper is not feasible when the production requirements are high and Larger pack sizes  further add to a problem as powder level in the hopper can go down very quickly. Manual feeding is not possible to match the machine out put either impacting the accuracy or the production out put.

Powder feeding System comprises of three parts. Auger filler machine/Filling machine, Screw feeder and a Storage silo. These three individual units are integrated such that as soon as the powder level in the filling machine hopper goes down, sensor send signal to the control unit and control unit in turn switch on the screw conveyor which will automatically feed powder from the storage silo/unit. Once the powder reaches the desired level, sensor will automatically sends signal to control unit and stops the feeding.

This system not only makes overall process smooth but also saves material handling cost and manual efforts.
