Load Cell Based Auger Filler/Weigh Filler

Auger fillers are versatile filling machines for free-flowing as well as non-free flowing powders and thick pastes. Machine can handle wide range of products and pack sizes starting from 10gms to 5Kg.  Machine operates on the principle of Positive displacement of screw operating under constant head of powders. Precisely designed Auger screw displaces powder through funnel into pouches /container held on the Load cell plat form. Load cell will continously provide feedback to the controller which will then monitor the speed of the product discharge. Course and fine feed, Auto tare and the calculation of product in flight ensures that the measurement is accurate. Load cell based auger filler is ideal for products whose charecteristics varies due to batch variation, Atmosphere etc.
